Connect Supabase

Link your own Supabase project for user sign-in and credit balances. This app can verify the connection, but it cannot create or access a project without your deployment credentials.

Add keys only to your deployment’s environment or secret settings—not this page or chat. The server secret never goes to the browser.

Add your project credentials
Open your Supabase project’s Connect dialog for its URL and publishable key. Find the server secret under Settings → API Keys. Add these variables to this app’s deployment settings, then restart or redeploy it.

Open Supabase
Legacy SUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY is also supported. Neither server key should have a NEXT_PUBLIC_ prefix.

Install the credit database
Run the included setup SQL in your project’s SQL Editor. It creates zero-credit wallets, credit history, ad sessions, and the read-only connection check. It contains no keys.

Enable email sign-in
Enable Email under Authentication → Sign In / Providers. Add the callback below to Authentication → URL Configuration → Redirect URLs.
Your website URL + /auth/callback
Set Site URL to your website’s origin. Configure SMTP for reliable confirmation emails.

Connection checks

Read-only checks. No users are created and no credits are changed.

Rewarded ads are configured separately with NEXT_PUBLIC_GAM_REWARDED_AD_UNIT_PATH. Without a real rewarded ad unit, earning credits stays disabled. Accounts start with 0 credits.
