Terms of Use

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using NestCut, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service on your own. If you are younger, you may use it only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms and takes responsibility for your use.

2. The service

NestCut is a browser-based tool for importing supported SVG outlines, arranging parts on a material sheet, and exporting a nested SVG. Supported SVG outlines are parsed and packed in your browser. Feature availability and ad inventory can vary by browser, region, account, and deployment configuration.

3. Credits

• New accounts start with 0 credits.
• A successfully completed rewarded ad earns 2 credits. Credits are granted only after Google Ad Manager reports a rewarded-ad grant event. Skipping or closing an ad without a grant does not earn credits.
• Each nesting run costs 1 credit.
• Unlocking the SVG export for a layout costs 1 credit. Once unlocked, repeat downloads of that layout do not cost another credit. Creating a new layout requires a new export unlock.
• Credits have no cash value, are not money, are non-transferable, and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash, goods, or services outside NestCut.
• We may change credit amounts, costs, eligibility, or availability prospectively. We will update this page or the service when those rules change.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• fake, forge, replay, or manipulate a rewarded-ad completion or credit claim;
• use bots, scripts, automation, or other tools to claim ad credits or abuse the service;
• create multiple accounts to obtain extra credits or bypass usage limits;
• reverse-engineer, interfere with, or attempt to bypass the application or its security controls, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law;
• upload or use content that is illegal, infringes another person’s rights, or that you do not have permission to use; or
• disrupt, overload, scrape, or misuse NestCut or its third-party services.

5. Your SVG files and content

You keep ownership of the SVG files and designs you create or upload. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any content you import and to make the resulting cuts. NestCut processes imported SVG outlines in your browser to provide the nesting and export features; the app is designed not to upload the source SVG to a NestCut server. You remain responsible for your files, generated layouts, and how you use them.

6. Results and cutting safety

NestCut is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nesting is an automated geometric approximation and may produce incomplete, unsuitable, or imperfect results. We do not guarantee a particular packing, utilization, accuracy, scale, or suitability for a specific machine or material. Always inspect the exported paths, dimensions, clearances, and material before cutting. You are responsible for testing the layout and should not rely on an unchecked result when cutting expensive material or operating machinery.

7. Accounts and suspension

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity under it. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account has broken these terms, abused rewarded ads or credits, created a security risk, or used the service unlawfully. We may also suspend or discontinue features or the service as described below.

8. Service changes and availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue NestCut or any feature at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular number of available rewarded ads, or continued support for a specific browser or file format. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash if a feature changes or is discontinued.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NestCut is provided without warranties, express or implied. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the owner/operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, damage to materials or machinery, or losses arising from reliance on an unchecked layout or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you, disputes will be subject to the competent courts in India.

11. Updates and contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The current version and its “Last updated” date appear on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
